Thomas (Jackie Chan) and David (Yuen Biao) are two quick-witted vendors hawking Chinese fast food from their truck in the busy squares of Barcelona. Their acquaintance with beautiful pickpocket, Sylvia (Lola Forner), brings them in contact with novice detective Moby (Sammo Hung), who is trying to track her whereabouts. It is discovered that Sylvia is actually a wealthy heiress, kidnapped by the evil Count (Herb Edelman), who is trying to siphon off her vast inheritance. Now the kung fu trio must team up to save Sylvia from the Count.
